Paul F. Belliveau, M.D.
Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology in
Adult Psychiatry. He has expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of adult
psychiatry disorders. He has a special interest in the treatment of Mood
and Anxiety Disorders, as well as Attention Deficient Disorder. He graduated
from Tufts University School of Medicine in 1989, and completed residency
training in Psychiatry at Walter Reed Medical Center. Prior professional
experiences include serving as Chief, Consultation and Liaison Department
at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center.
Benjamin C. Hillyard
M.Ed., LCMHC, graduated from Boston University with a joint clinical/school
counseling degree. Ben has worked for thirteen years in a variety of settings
including schools, community mental health and private practice. He specializes
in treating children, adolescents and families with attentional, learning
and behavioral difficulties. In addition to his clinical work, Ben founded
Collaborative Educational Consultation and Counseling, a school consultation
service fostering home/school/mental health collaboration, is a trustee
of the Great Bay Charter School and has been published in the newsletter
ADHD Report.
Joseph L. Fisher
LICSW, received his degree in clinical social work from Smith College.
Over the past 25 years he has worked in community mental health and in
private practice settings. His interest includes psychotherapy with adults
and adolescents, consulting to employee assistance programs and to family
businesses. In addition to clinical practice, he has developed the Father's
Forum, a program that providers a range of consultation, education and
support services for fathers.
Kathryn Forbes-Fisher
LICSW, received her degree in clinical social work from Smith College.
She has been working in the field of mental health for 25 years. She has
experience in individual and group treatment of pre-adolescents, adolescents
and adults, and has worked as a therapist in both public and private setting.
In addition to her clinical experience, she has taught and supervised
clinical interns, provided consultations to a variety of public and private
agencies and lectured widely on topics such as adolescent development,
depression, suicide and eating disorders. She has a special interest in
women's issues and helping families cope with divorce.
Joanne Odence Flackett
LICSW, received her degree in clinical social work at Simmons College.
She has been working in the field of mental health for 20 years both in
in-patient and outpatient settings. In addition to her clinical experience,
Joanne has held management positions in a psychiatric hospital, providing
supervision and consultation to staff and master level social work interns.
Joanne has expertise in the treatment of couples, families and adolescents
and in the diagnosis and treatment of anxiety, depression and trauma.
Carol Stein
LICS received her graduate degree from Simmons College. She has several
years of experience working with children and their families as a therapeutic
tutor, special needs teacher and clinician. Her clinical experience includes
work in schools, hospitals and public and private outpatient settings.
In addition to her clinical and educational experience, she has provided
consultation to schools and other agencies, supervised interns and lectured
in the area of the diagnosis and treatment of childhood disorders. She
specializes in the treatment of young children, women's issues and divorce.
Connie Hayes
LICSW, MSW, received her degree in clinical social work from the University
of Illinois, Chicago. She has worked in the field of mental health for
25 years. She has experience in individual and family treatment, children
seven years and older, adolescents and adults. In addition, she works
at Hampstead Hospital doing individual and family assessments and treatment
and group therapy.
